Hi all, are you new to York or looking to make new friends in a relaxed and sociable short term shared accommodation with all-inclusive convenience? I am renting out 3 large double bedroom in a large luxury/high end home! I only stop at the house 2 nights a week as i work a away lot and have other commitments so will very rarely be in the house at all!
Some rooms have their own desk in case of working from home & each have lots of storage. It is situated just off Lawrence street (just outside the city walls) which is only a short stroll in to the City Centre! The house has just been lovingly renovated to a very high standard, incl new high end kitchen and bathroom with bath & power shower!!
The house has all mod cons like High speed internet, Smart LED Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, 4 hob cooker, Intercom system, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, etc.
Everything you need including all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen, all you need is your own bedding!
The house is only 5-10 min walk to City Centre where you will find all the shops & trendy bars, bus & train station etc. There are variety of gyms and supermarkets in close proximity.
Im looking for a polite, clean & TIDY housemates who is sociable & like to go out on odd occasions for a drink & bite to eat with housemates but also respect each others space and privacy.
I also have other properties nearby where you have access to meet other young professionals also and not miss any of those planned meet ups like tables quiz's etc.
