Hi! I booked this studio for the year, but my plans changed and I ended up studying in London, so it's been sitting empty. It's never been lived in, and I'd really like it to go to someone who'll actually enjoy it.

The building is studio-only and full of students, so it's quiet at night. It's a 15-minute walk to the University of Bristol, with shops and restaurants close by.
