This is a beautiful ground floor studio flat with a high ceiling set on a lovely courtyard at the back of the houses on Danbury Street, N1.

The flat comes furnished with a bed, small sofa, television, and built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. I also have a desk/table and some shelving which I may be open to selling to the new tenant. There are further storage cupboards above where the sofa is currently placed. The kitchen and bathroom both have plenty of cupboards and there is a washing machine, fridge freezer, and small oven in the kitchen.

This is a very quiet place to live and all other tenants are respectful and conscientious. There is a friendly neighbourly atmosphere. The agency is located on Danbury Street and they are very responsive to requests and have a maintenance team on site.

I have lived here for 3.5 years and have really enjoyed the central location and peace and quiet. The courtyard has a fountain in the centre of it (which is switched off at night) and there are benches where you can sit anytime. This makes a real difference to studio living.

I'm moving into a new place at the earliest on 5th October. There is some flexibility on this date and the move-in date for a new tenant could be a couple of days later. Sometime between 6th-9th October.

The electricity is on a meter and currently you need to buy electricity cards to top it up. This is usually between £20-£30 per month, depending on your usage. I believe the landlord will be changing this system at some point soon.

Gas is included in the rent.

Other bills to set up yourself are Council Tax (Band C) and water. I do not currently have Wifi but it is not included either.
