I am sadly leaving my picturesque Primrose Hill studio flat on May 6th and need a tenant to replace me. The flat is situated on the beautiful Regent's Park Road which has plenty of cafes, bookshops, restaurants and shops. It is a 5 minute was to Primrose Hill and a 3 minute walk to Chalk Farm station. I work in Central London and walk there every day - it takes me 30 minutes around Regent's Park.

The flat is like a little cottage and has its own private patio. The landlords live upstairs and have a small homeware shop. They are lovely and very easy to get on with, always helping with things like changing lightbulbs if I need!
