Hey! We are 4 friends who are looking for 4 people to take over our whole tenancy from the start of May for £1000pp!!

The flat is a lovely 4 bed on Brixton Hill with 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower), a separate kitchen and living room and 4 spacious bedrooms.

It’s only a 15 minute walk from Brixton station (with the Victoria line) and a 12 minute walk from Lidl.

Our rent is £4000 per month (so £1000 per person). We are looking for people to take over our tenancy with Foxtons from the start of May 🏠
