The annex is attached to my property, but you would have your own entrance and allocated parking. There is a bus service which runs to Bishops Stortford and Stansted airport, a block away from the house. The annex has its own television with built in free view. It is fully furnished and is compact and cosy with storage limited to a single built in cupboard, under the bed storage and a chest of drawers and shelving (see photos),so would suit someone who does not require loads of storage space.
The annex would be suitable for a quiet single professional person, who would like their own space in preference to being in a shared house. The annex is for single occupancy only. All bills are included.
For references I need copies of 3 months bank statements, proof of earning , a copy of your passport/driving licence and a contactable refee( preferably your employer).
