We are subletting our 2 bed house for 5 months from 6th December 2026 to 6th May 2027 while we are abroad.

The house has one double bedroom and one single bedroom (although the single room could fit a double bed), kitchen, bathroom, living and dinning room.

The property is in a fantastic location in BS5 just off Church Road, practically next door to Bristol Loaf and a short walk to the beautiful St George's Park. Also close to the cycle path, very well served by buses and not far from Lawrence Hill train station.

It has recently been re-rendered and externally insulated, and re-plastered and re-decorated internally.

We are looking for £1,300 per month including all bills except energy bills, which will be passed through at cost.

We would like to find someone who will take care of it as if it is their own home, it is a family neighbourhood so not suitable for a party house.
We are vegetarian and would like the house to be that way, we don't do parties and we are very much into social justice, climate change, politics, yoga, spirituality so our house reflects that and we hope to find someone with similar values.

We will remove most of our stuff from the house, so you can make it your nest too.
