The flat is very close to Clissold Park and around a 10-minute walk from the lovely Stoke Newington Church Street, with its independent cafés, restaurants and little shops. I’ve really enjoyed living in this neighbourhood.

• Short let: 10 November to 15 December 2026, approximately five weeks. Reduced rent available for this stay.
• Longer-term tenancy: start date to be agreed with the landlord and agent.
