Hello! We're looking for someone to take over our flat in Haggerston. We'd especially love to hear from anyone who'd like to buy our furniture too, as it's all nearly new and worth over £3,000 bought new, with plenty of soft furnishings and decorations thrown in.

We moved in at the start of May and have loved making it our home. It's a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat, and we've furnished it with a lot of care. The main bedroom is a generous king with its own en-suite, and the second is a comfortable double with its own bathroom, which would suit a partner, a friend or a home office. Both rooms are warm and calm, and the whole place feels like a proper home rather than a rental.

We chose the location because you're about a five-minute walk from Haggerston station, and it's very close to the City and Liverpool Street, so getting around is easy.

Our tenancy ends on 6 November, and the flat will be free from mid-to-late October, so there's some flexibility on moving in.

About the furniture
Everything in the flat is new and has barely been used. We bought it all this year and can offer it fully assembled. Rather than clear it all out, we'd really love to find someone who wants the flat as it is.

Together the furniture would cost over £3,000 new, so there's real value here, and we're happy to talk through a fair price. A few sentimental pieces are coming home with us, but anything else in the photos is up for discussion.
