I’m subletting my studio-bedsit on Caledonian Road in central London in a great location, at walking distance from King’s Cross and close to all the cool areas :). Rent is £950 pcm including all bills (which is less than what I’m paying as I’d like to find someone asap). You can move in from Sunday, 5 July and stay until early/mid August (dates are a bit flexible).

The studio is spacious and has a nice layout – I have my own fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage and high ceilings with lots of light coming from two sash windows. I like art and design so the space is decorated with paintings, furniture and carpets that make the space feel warm and homey.

The only thing that's shared is the bathroom, which I share with three other girls, who are all super friendly and clean. It’ll be refurbished within the next few weeks (landlord hasn’t provided the dates yet). The sublet only available for a girl or queer person due to the shared bathroom.
