I currently live in a lovely 1 bedroom flat that is unfurnished but comes with white goods (brand new washing machine and fridge). The location is perfect - it is a less than 10 minute walk from the station, a 15 minute walk to Leicester Uni and a 5 minute walk into the centre of town!

The flat comprises of a spacious, stylish kitchen, large living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Each room is separate and there are windows along the length of the property, meaning it is always light and warm in the summer! Throughout the flat is wooden floors and high ceilings, and it is located on the first floor within a locked apartment block so is very safe! There are new electric heaters throughout the property and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I need to move out for work (i. e. this is not a sublet but a straight swap!).

It is let by Reign Agency who have been nothing but helpful. When I moved in they replaced a broken hob immediately and provided the white goods, brand new, at my request. They have also been accommodating with me moving out early even though I signed up to a year long tenancy!
