I am looking for someone to rent this lovely, quiet house next to Marie Louise Gardens in Didsbury. The house is in a very safe area and has a parking space as well as plenty of on street parking. There is also a fairly big garden/ yard. The house is 2 beds and 2 bathrooms.

One room is the top bedroom, a little en suite and very cosy room. The other is at the bottom of the house, bigger and bathroom right next to it.

Bills are not included- but I believe combined come to around £300.
