Lovely and bright flat for short term let in Finsbury Park. Available from 12th December to 20th January 2025. We can be somewhat flexible with dates, so do let us know if your dates are slightly different to the dates advertised and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We will prioritise renting out the whole period (5 weeks).

The Flat

A beautiful and spacious flat in a Victorian period conversion. It has a big living room with a piano, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.

We’re looking for someone clean and respectful that will look after our home like we do while we are away.

The Bedroom

Bright and quiet with a lovely big window overlooking the gardens. It comes furnished with either a single bed or a king sized bed, a desk, a bedside table, a big clothing rail and a chest of drawers.

The Area

It’s a very green and leafy area: you’re a 2 minute walk to Finsbury Park and the lovely Parkland Walk, and a 20 minute walk to Clissold Park. You’re also 5 minute walk from Stroud Green road which is filled with lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs. Finsbury Park Station is a 10-12 minute walk, and has quick connections to Central London, including the Victoria and Piccadilly underground lines, National Rail, Great Northern and Thameslink trains, and buses galore.

Other Stuff

The price includes water, internet and a fortnightly cleaner. Gas and electricity will be charged as per usage (with smart meter).
