All our bedrooms have private kitchenette to allow tenants to get most done (breakfast, tea coffee or fast meal) in their own privacy. This bedroom has private shower on-suite.

Parking may be available via street permit from council, around £50 a year.

In this bundle deal, you NEED to SHARE bathroom with just one other tenant, who occupies another bedroom.

Fully equipped NEW kitchen provide ultra safe electrical induction cooker, dinning table and chair, more kitchen storage unit and two wash machines and one tumble dryer).

Above arrangement enables all house sharers to enjoy as much privacy and convenience but also pay as little bills as possible.

👍👍BILLS TO PAY

(95%) Paid by landlord: council tax, cold/hot water, radiator based central heating by gas, electricity in all communal parts including kitchen. BT Fibre 2 fastest available broadband package (sorry we don't have Virgin infrastructure here), TV Licence.

(5%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend between £20-25 per month depending on usage.

The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm Easylord.
Regular cleaning (kitchen, hallway, stairs) and alarm testing are provided.
