Hello! I'm renting out my lovely 1 bedroom flat in Govanhill, Glasgow for 3 - 4 months (flexible).

It's fully furnished, close to tons of cafes, shops, supermarkets and a short walk away from Crosshill station (9 mins) and Queens park station (12 mins).

This is my home, however I'm traveling for 3 - 4 months and am looking for a responsible, considerate person to move in while I'm gone.

It's cosy, dry and warm during winter, and I hope you'll water my plants! There's a washing machine, a dedicated work space, sofa-bed and the bedroom is very quiet. Couples are welcome.

Rent: £875 per month. Includes council tax, water and Wi-Fi. Electricity is excluded and will be charged separately each month based on actual usage.
