Hello! My name is Alex and I am a 24 year old graduate student at GSA, advertising this property on behalf of my landlord. My current flatmates are moving out May 25th, however I love the flat so much and am looking to fill the remaining 4 bedrooms! Rent is 600/ room + 50/mo for all utilities.
