Rent is £342.02 per week. The contract runs until 26 June 2027 and the room is available immediately, subject to UCL Accommodation processing.
I have arranged alternative accommodation and have never moved into the room or collected the keys. This would be an official UCL Accommodation takeover rather than a private sublet.
If you’re interested, just a quick note that UCL requires the replacement to be a UCL undergraduate student who is not currently living in UCL-allocated accommodation, and the transfer would be arranged through UCL Accommodation.
