I am Giulia and I am looking to sublet my 1 bed flat in Homerton.

I am looking for quiet and respectful people who will take good care of my flat while I am away.
The flat is less than 2 minutes walk from Homerton station and in ten minutes walk you are in Victoria park or Hackney Central. All the surrounding area is vibrant and filled up with lovely coffee shops, groceries, pubs and nice restaurants.
The flat is on the 4th and top floor of a small building with a lift. Every room is quite spacious including the bathroom! There are plenty of windows and there is a small balcony. You will have lots of space for your clothes and personal belongings. I can also provide clean towels and bedsheets if needed.
