I will need to stay at the property sometimes (I need to go to the office in London and see my Mum who lives in London - approx 1 or 2 nights per week sometimes during the week and sometimes a weekend - I do also travel quite a lot so there will be periods of time I don't need it at all). When I do stay you will have to stay somewhere else (your belongings can of course stay).
I will work my calendar around yours but this will suit someone who frequently does not need to be in London or travels a lot
