A room has just become available in a quiet and well-located 2-bed flat, ideal for someone looking for a stay from now until September (With possibility to extend).
My current flatmate has moved out as they've finished their studies – no issues with the flat or landlord, just a natural end to their time here!
I'm also looking to move out around the end of month, so there's a chance the new tenant could eventually have the flat to themselves (or find a new flatmate of their own). Open to discussing!
The flat is situated in a family friendly area, right next (2min walk) to Canbury Gardens and the Thames (great for evening walks)
Flat location has solid transport links; Kingston Station (Zone 6) only a 10min walk away, 1 if you catch the bus. 20mins to Richmond Station.
Bus stop’s a stone throw away on both sides (Northbound to Richmond, Southbound to Kingston).
Easy access to Penryn Road Campus/Townhouse via Fairfield Bus Station and Kingston Hill campus via the free shuttle bus that stops at Cromwell Rd bus station.
