I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy for a modern Bronze Studio at Merlin Heights (managed by Collegiate AC). The move-in date is flexible (ASAP). The contract runs until mid-July 2027 (approx. 37-38 weeks remaining from a 45-week tenancy).

Rent is £150 per week.
