This is a comfortable studio located in Optima Student Accommodation, a Student Private Hall Residence. It has had 100% satisfaction from tenants (me included). It has a privileged location is in Loughborough town centre, just next to Sainsbury's, Tesco and all shops in Market Place, as well as bus stops (just crossing the road) and University (20 min walk and 10 min bike).

It affords a double bed/mattress, one wardrobe, electrical heating, instant hot water, fridge, freezer, microwave/oven, cooker, private bathroom/toilet, a big desk, a comfortable chair, a beanbag, and some shelves and cupboards. You can also have access to laundry facilities (washing and drying machine). If you have a bike, you can leave it in the store room. All bills are included (water, electricity, wifi). If you need some help, you can easily reach the manager (Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm) or sub wardens (at anytime out of the manager working hours).

The room is available from beginning of July 2017 till 25th August 2018. As I am the current tenant of this studio and I will finish my PhD this year (in December 2017), if you want to get in in September 2017, I will facilitate the payments dates (and afterwards you will directly to Optima Student Accommodation). Further, if you want to stay longer (from September 2018) you can apply directly on Optima Student Accommodation website (freshstudentliving. co. uk/property/optima/overview ). You should do it from January as the rooms expire really fast!

This is an excellent studio and very good value!
