We are moving house so leaving the property vacant for two weeks and subletting for above dates. Can rent rooms individually or whole property.
House comes fully furnished, bills included with wifi, but we will be taking our personal property and furniture (ie. bedding, arm chair, some cabinets). Happy to discuss leaving select items behind for you to borrow (ie. kitchen utensils or anything else you want to ask about… could also spare pillows and clean bed linen if needed but not duvets)

Bond - we’d be happy to hold on to a £500 cash bond or 3X passports and give back when you move out, as we would be entrusting you with our only keys and checking out the day before we hand keys in.
