Me and my flatmate are moving out and need someone to take over our tenancy. The tenancy ends Dec 2026, however it can be extended. The rent is at a fixed price of £1800. The flat is council tax band D and we are currently with Octopus Energy. WiFi is included in the rent. Bills and council tax is around £300 total. It will be available end of Jan/start of Feb.
The flat is on the 17th floor and has 2 bathrooms (one of them being en suite). The flat in the video is identical to ours.
The apartment building includes a gym, cinema room, events space, co working area, yoga, Pilates etc. More information can be found on New Vic’s website!
The building is next door to Victoria Station, there is a Co Op a couple minutes walk away and Arndale is a 5 minute walk away!
