Hi guys
I have been looking for rooms, but most of the good ones are almost £600~£800 per month. Because of that, I started thinking that a two-bedroom flat or house might make more sense. From what I have researched, a two-bedroom flat or house costs around £1,200 ~ £1,400 per month. With bills included, it would probably be around £1,700 maximum, which would be shared between two people.
So my idea is to find someone to share a two-bedroom house or flat with, instead of having to live in a house with five or more people. I think it would be much better to share with just one person and have more privacy.
Just to be clear, this would not be a landlord/tenant arrangement. We would both be equal, make decisions together, and share the bills fairly.
I also have a toy poodle. She is very calm, friendly, and well-behaved.
