I’m looking for someone to take over my Student Roost tenancy at Newcastle 1 as soon as possible.

You can move in immediately and won’t have another rent payment until February.

I’m not asking you to pay me back for any of the rent I’ve already paid — I just need someone to take over the tenancy so I’m not left paying the remaining instalments.
