Going back to Luxembourg, I am unfortunately leaving my comfy and lovely studio in West London.

The flat is new. I was the first person living there after its refurbishment in December 2019.

Monthly detailed charges below:

- council tax band A : £82 by monthly direct debit however I think (to be checked) that you can benefit from a discount if you live by yourself. I have never checked that for myself to be honest.
- Electricity: £62 - I pay it via Homeshift but again if you pay it yourself it might be cheaper - and i have never given the meter level so it might be slightly lower if you give yours (again to be confirmed).

So a total of: £1,444 pcm all bills included for a brand new studio and near the famous area of Notting Hill / Portobello Road (20-25mn walking distance)

After having tried at least 4 different estate agencies in London in 4 years combined, I can genuinely and honestly say Akelius (estate agency and property manager) is the best I had!
