We are moving due to my partner's work causing relocation. We are very sad to leave this flat, and know it can be someone else's home that they will love.
The flat is in Mutley, only a few minutes walk from the train station or Mutley plain. It is a 10 minute walk into town or central park. It's an excellent location.
Managed by the best landlord we've ever had, who specializes in property for students aged 21+. However, this property does not have any students in. We have never heard any of the neighbors and so it is a very quiet flat.
The road is peaceful and parking permits are easily purchased online for approx £50 per year.
Fully furnished with all kitchen utensils and crockery. Incredible storage.

Wifi included in the price. Gas, electric, water and council tax not included. Although students don't pay council tax if this applies to you. The landlord manages the gas and electric. We have found the expenses to be cheap in the winter due to it being a well insulated building and in a terrace.

Move-in date is flexible. Ideally the end of March, but this can be brought forward if required.
