I’m looking for someone to replace my en-suite room at Chaucer House from mid June. Chaucer House is just 10-minute walk and a 4-minute drive from the University of Portsmouth. Also, Chaucer House lies between the Portsmouth and Southsea train stations. En-suite room is equipped with a comfortable 3/4 size double bed, a desk and chairs for studying, a spacious wardrobe for storage, and curtains for privacy. Additional amenities include a bedside table, fridge freezer, washbasin, microwave oven, cooking hobs, dustpan and brush, iron with an ironing board, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner, stools, and a ventilation system.
