I'm a 26 year old student looking to move out of this student studio as I'm wanting to rent out my own apartment.
It's very cosy and comes with all bills included, you have security 24/7 and a keycard to access the building.

It's right in the centre of Stirling, about a 5~ minute walk to the UniLink and the train station, I've been here for 2 years and it's very comfortable, the property manager is also lovely and will fix anything within days of raising a concern.

There's a shared space downstairs with pool and a cinema room if you wish to spend time with friends, though you're also given a beanbag to keep in your flat if you want to have any friend over.

Heating is available at all points, I've never had an issue with hot water or smells, there's street parking outside as well and it's £99 per year when you apply with the council, I never have an issue parking either.
