Rental arrangements

I’m heading overseas for approximately three months and am looking for someone who would enjoy making the flat their home while I’m away and beyond.

My current plan is to put the flat on the market for sale when I return. As the sale process can take some time, I anticipate the flat being available for around a year, potentially longer.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with this arrangement and would be happy to accommodate occasional, pre-arranged viewings once the property is marketed for sale. I’ll aim to keep any disruption to a minimum.

A little extra – cat lovers welcome!

I also have a lovely, affectionate indoor cat called Taco, and I’d be particularly interested in hearing from someone who would genuinely enjoy having a feline companion during the three months I’m overseas.

This could be a lovely arrangement for someone who misses having a pet or has been thinking about getting a cat but hasn’t quite taken the plunge!

Taco would come back to me when I return, and I’d be very happy for the tenant to get a cat of their own afterwards.

Caring for Taco isn’t essential, so please don’t let that put you off enquiring if the flat otherwise sounds like a good fit.
