Me and my partner are medical students who are moving away for placement and unfortunately are giving up our lovely apartment.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms contains a ensuite. There is a bath and two showers. The apartment is located on the third floor which can be accessed by stairs or a lift. There is parking included in the rent which is an underground garage accessible by a key fob. There are two balconies on the living room and plenty of light, facing the Swansea Marina boats and the other balcony facing the water and yacht club. The neighbours are lovely and quiet. This apartment is rented at below the market rate of apartments in the marina.

The location is perfect. Being a short walk (less than five minutes) to Sainsburys and Aldi (less than ten minutes). There are really nice cafes within the same distance such as the Observatory and Little Man Coffee. You overlook the boats in the marina which is a very nice view. There are good transport links nearby with the coach station being close. Council Tax band is F. Bills not included.
