I’m subletting a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom Flat on Balham High Road for a month (1 December to 1 January) while I’m traveling for the holidays with my partner.
The location is super convenient—5 mins from Tooting Bec Station and 10 mins from Balham Station (Northern Line & National Rail).
• Nearby: A Tesco, a big Sainsbury’s, and Aldi all within walking distance.
• Rent: £2000 (includes all bills)

The flat is furnished with all amenities and gets loads of natural light. Its a gated block of buildings in a residential neighborhood. We would prefer someone who’s respectful to the flat. Couples/Working professionals preferred.

I’m happy to arrange a viewing of the flat as per the convenience.

There will be a small deposit of £200 which we will return in full on 2nd January, once we’re back and confirm everything in the flat is okay.

We will also consider if somebody would like sublet the house for less than 4 weeks but would ideally prefer someone who offers for at least 3 weeks.
