1 bedroom chalet for rent at Norton park, Dartmouth. I am a private landlord. This is a lovely chalet located in the very beautiful Dartmouth. I am looking for a single professional worker. This location is 20 minutes from Totnes, 30 minutes from Paignton, 45 mi utes from Torquay.

I ask for 3 months up front so £1950. This is due to the ground rent I have to pay 3 months up front. And this covers your water and sewerage for the 3 months. This doesn't cover council tax.
