I'm away most of winter so my house in Totnes will be available to rent from mid-November to March (dates flexible).

£1100pcm + bills.

The house is at the top of Bridgetown with two double bedrooms, one bathroom plus downstairs WC, a garden, parking and fibre broadband. The second bedroom is currently set up as a home office with a standing desk and a (comfy) sofa bed, so may particularly suit someone who works from home or a couple.

It's a new(ish) build with good natural light and is warm, dry and well insulated.
