Share two bedroom flat for £650 a month furnished with another professional starting 2nd of October. It has a separate living room ceiling area just like in the photos and a separate full kitchen with a bar to eat at it is walking distance to the Metrolink Trafford Bar station. Prefer professional only that works outside of the home not from home unless it’s just a few days a week that you work from home.. Hopefully we’ll find each other within the next week. Someone OK with dogs as I may be getting a small well trained dog. You can have a small well trained dog as well. Bills will be around £80-100 per month. Both of us will be tenants and on the lease you must have a right to rent in the UK because you must be on the lease. 12 month minimum stay no government housing credit. The landlord may accept a six month lease because she likes to Airbnb the property usually.
