Ideal for a walker or an artist. No parking but near to busses going in all directions. Ten minute walk from the station.
Property is unusual and laid out over four levels:
- Entry into "shop area" presently an airy hall
- Down three steps to kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, convection hob, electric oven. There is a toilet and coat cupboard on this level.
- Up stairs to mezzanine lounge with woodburner and door out to very sunny patio (quiet and discreet)
- Up further stairs to double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The house is not a cottage so lovely and bright all day.
Would suit single person best but will consider couples with a £10 surcharge per day.
Owner is away for the duration so you will not be bothered.
No parties.
