I’ll be away for work for five months and am looking for someone trustworthy to take care of my flat during that time.
The flat is bright and comfortable, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the Olympic Stadium. The building includes a gym and is in a great location — close to transport, shops, and cafes.
The flat comes fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and a projector you can connect to your laptop. Please note there’s no Wi-Fi, so you’ll need to use a mobile hotspot for internet access.
The rent includes all bills. I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat as their own and keep it in good condition while I’m away. The place is best suited for one person, though it can accommodate a couple. I’m happy to offer a reduced rate if it’s just one occupant.
