Looking for a STUDENT to takeover my current tenancy at Hello Student Claremont Place. It’s a large first floor STUDIO apartment with an ensuite and the room is overlooking the garden. Ideal central Newcastle location next to the RVI hospital and the medical/ dental school. Around a 10 minute walk to the city centre. All bills and WiFi are included.

It is one of the largest rooms in the building and is a lovely bright room with 4 floor to ceiling windows. Has a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen area with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Also has a small entrance area for shoes and coats.

Also get access to:
-a communal lounge area
-a cinema room
-a free onsite gym room
-shared washing machines and dryers

Looking for someone to take over the last 2 months of my tenancy from mid/end of June to 30th August 2024.

The end date of the tenancy can't be changed. The tenancy has to be at least 10 weeks so you would have to take over the contract from the 21st June at the latest. Students only.
