Looking for someone to take over my Student Roost Newcastle 1 tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year.

*I’ve already paid the first months rent payment so there would only be a £200 contribution towards prepaid rent after takeover has been approved.

You would then take over the remaining tenancy at the normal £189/week rate (first payment due 1st October).

The takeover would be completed officially through Student Roost, so the replacement tenant would need to meet their requirements and be approved by them. The steps for this can be found on their website.

Rent is paid termly into 3 divisions with rent due on 1st October, 1st February and 1st May.
