Whole property:
£1,000pcm

We are renting out our 1 to 2 bed flat in West Hoe area (Northumberland Terrace) from 29th August. The flat is currently fully furnished but we can be flexible on that if needed. It has a large living area, spacious main bedroom, recently renovated large kitchen and recently renovated bathroom. There is also an extra room at the back next to the garden which can be used as extra living space/study/bedroom (there is currently a futon in there for guests). It is lower ground floor of a Victorian conversion with just 2 flats above, both lovely neighbours. The garden is very secure should you have a pet. This used to be our home and has been renovated and decorated to a high standard as a result.

The rent is £1000pcm, plus bills. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions. It's a really nice spacious flat ideal for a single person or couple, and a great area of the city. Viewings are possible from the week starting 20 July.
