A bright and well-maintained 2-bedroom flat is available in Glasgow G31, located directly on Duke Street. This is a private transfer of a social/private rented flat, and the new tenant will sign directly with the landlord.
I originally planned to stay long term, but due to unexpected health reasons I need to return to my home country for treatment, so I am helping the landlord find the next tenant. The landlord is very kind, responsive and easy to communicate with.
The flat is on the first floor and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate living room and a separate kitchen. The layout is practical and private, making it suitable for a couple, two friends sharing, or someone who would like more space.
