Beautiful 1 bed houseboat on Limehouse Marina .
Looking for someone responsible who would like to look after our houseboat whilst we are away for a few months.
The boat has 1 bed, equipped kitchen with gas hob, and fridge/mini freezer. and water and electric connection at all times. Bathroom has a shower and cassette toilet, and Marina facilities include toilet/shower rooms, laundry and post/parcel room.
The bed can be converted into seating, and there is outside seating at the front and decking on top for sunny days.
Bills not included but are approximately £120 per month (council tax band A, electric and gas). We currently use a dongle for wifi.
It is a little different living on a boat, so please reach out with any questions ☺️
