Hey! Me and my friend are looking for someone to take the third room in our house in Roath 😊
The room is a furnished double and the house is available from July (you’d only pay half rent for that month, around 262). We’re moving in properly in August.
Rent is 525 per month (bills separate).
The house has a nice living room, garden, modern bathroom, and is fully furnished. There are also parking permits for the property (already taken).
We’re both friendly, tidy and pretty easygoing and would like someone similar.
