I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Yugo Arofan House, Vere Street, Cardiff (CF24). The room is available from Saturday 3 October 2026. The contract runs until Saturday 10 July 2027, which is 40 weeks from the move-in date.

£190 per week, with bills and Wi-Fi included.

The room includes a double bed, study desk, storage space, TV in room, private bathroom and a private kitchen.

The room is 20sqm in size.

Move-in: Saturday 3 October 2026 Contract end: Saturday 10 July 2027

The building

Yugo Arofan House has a reception open 8am to 8pm every day, a common room, a game room and a TV room with a pool table. It is a 22mins short walk from Cardiff city centre and a 21mins walk to Cardiff University. The building features 24/7 security, resident lounges, study areas, on-site laundry, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

How the takeover works

Yugo Arofan House doesn't allow subletting, so this is a formal handover. Yugo Arofan House ends my contract and gives you a new one directly. You will need to pass Yugo's approval and eligibility checks, which may include a guarantor or international student payment terms. You don't pay me any money. Everything goes through Yugo Arofan House.
