Spacious 2 bed, top-floor flat available soon on Claude Road. This is a takeover of a 12-month tenancy (July 26 to July 27) - we're only moving because we're buying a place! Available end of October/ start of November (can be flexible with move-in dates). Tenancy can be renewed next year.
