The site is located just outside of Walmgate, a 15-20 minute to the University of York and 20 minutes to York St John

The reason I am putting my room up for rent is that I will be leaving York in late May yet my tenancy runs until August. This has led me to decide it is best to do a tenancy takeover and for someone to get some use out of it during the summer months.
