We are currently refurbishing a brand new two-bedroom flat on Warren Street.

The flat is undergoing a complete refurbishment, including a brand new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, bedrooms, and a full redecoration throughout, including all walls, ceilings and woodwork. It will also be fully furnished with all new furniture, so everything will be brand new. I will provide a desk, chair, wardrobe, double bed in each bedroom. A fridge & freezer, oven & hob, microwave, and washing machine in the kitchen. I'm happy to buy new cutlery sets, a kettle, and plates etc.

The rent will be £800 per week so £400 per person per week based on two people sharing. We can have three students if two of them are in the same family. So would be £267 per person based on three people sharing.
