My flatmate and I are looking for one tenant to stay in 1 of our 2 Bedrooms in our Westminster flat. It’s an excellent location - 10 mins walk from both St. James’ Park and Pimlico tube stations!

There is currently a female tenant staying in the other bedroom.

The sublet is available Aug 6th - September 27th.

Cost is £1100 per person per month, plus approximately £50 per person per month to cover utilities.
