The garden is my favourite part - it is so private and unoverlooked despite being in central London - the perfect place to spend sunny days!

3 minute walk (or 2 mins if you're in a hurry) to Kensal Green tube which has the Bakerloo and Overground (the Overground gets you to Euston in c.15mins). Kensal Rise is approximately 8mins walk away and Notting Hill is around 20mins walk or much quicker on the bus and Oxford Circus is just 20mins on the tube.

Looking for a single person or couple to rent my lovely flat!
